Throughout his military and professional leadership career, Justin worked in roles where communication, accountability, teamwork, and decision-making directly impacted organizational success. He has trained and developed employees, led teams in demanding environments, and understands the challenges organizations face when strong individual contributors are promoted into leadership without formal leadership development.
